The Grass is Always Greener... But Is There Less Grass?

Motion Monday 🌱
We always want better for ourselves—rightfully so. But here’s the thing: even when we reach that vision we’ve been chasing, we’ll still want more. It’s just how we’re wired.
I catch myself in this loop all the time. “Man, I’d kill for that Tesla” when I already have a reliable car. “That fit would complete my wardrobe” when I already have more than enough clothes. And it’s not just material things—it’s careers, relationships, and life circumstances.
"If only I had the right partner."
"If only I had that dream job."
But here’s the truth: there are flaws in everything. The “perfect” life, car, job, or relationship doesn’t exist. The grass might be greener on the other side, but have you ever stopped to ask—is there even less grass?

Gratitude is a skill. A rare one. The people who master it? They’re the ones who are truly happy.
So today, take a moment. Look at what you have. Recognize the blessings that someone else is praying for. That’s where peace is found.
Keep moving with purpose. ✌🏽
